Corporate ProfileThe limited liability company “E-Stock” was registered by the RF Ministry of Justice on June 28, 2001; registration number – Ð-16726.15.1. “E-Stock” undertakes special efforts to improve the quality of services it provides to its customers and their clients by using advanced electronic technologies. It establishes and develops partnerships by constantly reviewing and offering to the market new and effective methods used to reduce costs associated with development of IT-infrastructure and ASP-based (Application Service Provider) information technologies. The servers of the “E-Stock” Information and Finance Technologies Center are located on technical premises of the primary and backup information processing centers of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange equipped in compliance with all the requirements of the modern standards:
“E-Stock” uses an autonomous system and dynamic routing to optimize and reserve customers’ connections via the Internet. The autonomous system (AS) and dynamic routing protocols – are the primary mechanism that ensures reservation of connection channels. Utilization of an autonomous system enables “E-Stock” to optimize connections of its customers using the shortest connection route through one of its own Internet access providers. Fault tolerance is ensured by automatic rerouting if the current Internet access provider or transit providers experiences technical difficulties. The “E-Stock” Information and Finance Technologies Centeruses a unique technology of integration of heterogeneous systems – the PIE® (Processware Integration Environment) technology.PIEâis a suite of software products used for integration of heterogeneous applications. Utilization of the PIEâtechnology enables one to manage heterogeneous applications, such as:

The business-oriented approach implemented in the PIEâtechnology makes it possible to modify the business logic of applications without reprogramming and thus – to quickly and effectively respond to changing market demands. For the development of end-to-end business processes PIEâoffers a special graphic user interface that allows one to draw logical diagrams using the UML standard. Due to its distributed, component-oriented architecture and ability to support the XML standard the PIEâtechnology is ideal for using with the Internet and intranets and is a well-scalable solution. Corporate Development Expansion of the scope of solutions and services (deposits market, reservation of large brokerage systems, the S.W.I.F.T.Net project through the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange, export of trading information in technical analysis systems, comprehensive solution for secure, quick, and convenient connection to the Trading System with external hardware and software tools, deployment of the multifunctional comprehensive electronic “Online Archive”). Expansion of sales geography through the partners (cooperation with the Siberian Interbank Foreign Exchange), development of a partnership with the Nizhniy Novgorod Stock and Foreign Exchange. Expansion of clientele (by a factor of 4 over the past 2 years or at the 100% average annual growth rate), including active cooperation with new large customers and development of business cooperation with large banks and international companies. “E-Stock” recruits new personnel to improve the quality of the maintenance service and ensure continuous growth of sales, solutions, and services. We directly participate in the implementation of the common technical and marketing policy of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange. Our share of the market is constantly growing: the number of Internet-trading customers has increased by ~100% in the last year, the number of customers renting brokerage systems – by almost 250%. Cooperation with Leading Partners and Customers “E-Stock” is a registered partner of Hewlett-Packard with a status of HP Business Partner. Since autumn of 2004, ÎÎÎ “E-Stock” has become an official partner of Cisco Systems and Oracle. In 2004, the company won a state contract and took part in the implementation of a large project for RosAvtoDor (the Federal Road Agency) of the Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation as a subcontractor. In 2004, “E-Stock” won two tenders, executed and successfully implemented agreements to supply hardware for the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange. Integration of S.W.I.F.T. for the RF Central Bank was also successfully implemented. The company has executed a number of agreements with the Bank of Russia and successfully developed and supplied almost 30 new software modules based on the PIE technology – within the framework of the development of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange Operational Interaction System and the Email Automatic Registration and Transportation System (to ensure integration with the SWIFT system). In 2005, Trema (Europe) AB that owns intellectual copyright on a package of software products used to manage treasury, assets, and cash, selected “E-Stock” to become its partner. In compliance with its partnership agreement with Trema “E-Stock” distributes, licenses, deploys, and maintains its software products. Under this partnership, acting as a systems integrator, “E-Stock” has already supplied a Trema software suite to the Central Bank of Russia. Since 2003, “E-Stock” has been acting in the capacity of its official systems integrator. During this period our company has implemented the following projects at the Bank of Russia: “The Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange Operational Interaction System” and the “Email Automatic Registration and Transportation System”. Under the “Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange Operational Interaction System” project the company has completed B2B integration of applied systems of the RF Central Bank and the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange, such as the MICEX Trading System, the MICEX BackOffice system, the MICEX electronic document turnover system, and the Chief Depository System of the National Depository Center. Under the “Email Automatic Registration and Transportation System” the company has completed integration of applied systems of various subdivisions of the RF Central Bank (departments, territorial departments, operational departments, etc.), as well as integration with international software systems required to interact with external counteragents of the Bank of Russia. Among the integrated systems there are: the Bank of Russia Common Transportation System, a transportation system used to ensure exchange of electronic messages among the subdivisions of the Bank of Russia in the course of implementation of foreign currency transactions, Information Portal of the Department for Control over Operations on Financial Markets, information and information processing system “Bank of Russia” (securities), international systems, such as S.W.I.F.T., Bloomberg, etc. The projects implemented by the company successfully solve such problems as: 1. improvement of the effectiveness of business processes, optimization of electronic document turnover, and reduction of costs associated with maintenance of software suites required to ensure operations of the organized securities market (OSM); 2. reorganization of the entire process of exchange of data and documents among the Moscow Interbank Foreign Exchange, the National Depository Center, subdivisions of the Bank of Russia, and external counteragents of the Bank of Russia on the basis of a common software platform with a single center to audit and monitor all information flows, and the principles of straight-through information processing (STP). The “E-Stock” Information and Finance Technologies Center actively cooperates with leading international companies that develop software and hardware tools and provide telecommunication services. The goal of this cooperation is to achieve the highest customer service standards and provide the widest possible spectrum of ASP-services in its market segment. Company’s business operations are targeted at the provision of ASP-services and construction of corporate information systems on the basis of UNIX and Windows NT/2000 platforms, implementation of ERP and CRM systems deployment projects, constant development and application of advanced information security technologies, provision of a comprehensive scope of services in the development of telecommunication systems, local area networks, and low-voltage systems, as well as supply of equipment suites under common projects with subsequent installation and on-site support. “E-Stock” specialists have a multiyear experience in the development of software and hardware systems, their adaptation, integration, standardization, and operation.
